Community Property State Considerations – Learn how your state’s income-sharing laws affect your loan repayment strategy and whether splitting income could lower payments under IDR.

Dual Income, Dual Debt Dynamics – Learn how to balance payments across both borrowers and select the best combination of repayment plans.
MFJ vs. MFS Tax Scenarios – Evaluate whether utilizing the pro-rated marital split or keeping income separate reduces your total household payments and maximizes forgiveness potential.
Income Weighting Strategies – Discover how to structure payments when one partner earns more or has higher debt-to-income ratios.
PSLF & Forgiveness Optimization – Ensure both borrowers are positioned correctly for Public Service Loan Forgiveness or income-driven forgiveness timelines.
